Instigated by Co.OfWomen, 2021 sees The New Zealand Hall of Fame for Women Entrepreneurs enter its 10th year and with it the induction of four more women, bringing the total number of current inductees to 31.
The hall of fame creates explicit examples of female entrepreneurial success to do 4 important jobs:
- normalise success as a possibility for others
- offer encouragement to those working on their own
- create explicit, accessible examples of successful women
