Identify where the fear comes from.
Sometimes fear can mean ‘redirect’ rather than stop.
Embrace fear as an opportunity to grow.
Have the self-belief and conviction to make the right decisions.
Stop trying to please everyone around you.
Ask yourself, does this align with my own beliefs and moral values?
Is this ultimately a good decision for the business, my family?
If the answer is yes, don’t second guess yourself. If it feels wrong, it’s wrong.
One of my most fearless moments was having the self-belief to pitch My Food Bag to board members at a time when there was uncertainty around the existing business.
