The High-Performance Leader
A Premium Programme for Executive & Entrepreneurial Leaders
The High-Performance Leader gathers leaders across sectors, in sessions dedicated to enhancing personal, intellectual, and strategic buoyancy, expanded horizons and shared influence aligned with the leader’s true driver, impact.
Ensuring quality time away from the day-to-day operations, the programme presents a highly effective formula that focuses on the individual, their leadership and their mandate for a flourishing, sustainable business.
The modern era has left us short on reflection time as the pace of change and turmoil in our world escalates, and the imposition of technology competes with one of our most important assets, our capacity for deep focus.
The absence of habitual time for strategic reflection ensures a vulnerability we often aren’t aware of and can mean we end up in reaction mode. But there’s a consequence to persistently fighting fires, rather than creating the future we’re deeply passionate about inhabiting. This programme is dedicated to remedying this.
Through the lenses of the science of optimal performance, exemplary leadership practices and global 21st-century considerations, the programme offers a robust formula. Importantly it addresses the creep of myopia that is inevitable without effective, credible input from beyond the organisation.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE?
High-Performance is a state where the whole person is optimised for their role, and importantly, is able to maintain this buoyant state. It is called a state of energised tranquillity.
‘Energised tranquillity’ is the opposite of the frazzled and busy version of ourselves. Those who maintain this version as their key modus operandi (MO) are candidates for burnout which, many, if not most of us, have experienced but won’t have recognised it. When we maintain that state over time, not only are we at risk of a whole raft of health issues, but we are persistently in a state of lower performance in our role also.
‘Energised Tranquillity’ is possible as the default MO for us when we dedicate ourselves to optimal practices with our energy and time. It’s from this mode that we are best placed to lead, as we will experience consistent clearer thinking, focus, insight and vision.
A PEER PROGRAMME
The opportunity for quality connection with peer leaders to share relevant knowledge, connections and support is a key advantage of the programme.
Building a network of significance is a powerful asset for leaders and can be challenging to fit in around other business and life commitments.
In support of that each session features four opportunities for informal connection that ensure time to get around the group.
Each session also features a section dedicated to Peer Group discussion. This section facilitates broad group input around insights and learning from the programme. It provides the useful wider perspectives that can be invaluable for avoiding the inevitable myopia internal only thinking.
