The High-Performance Leader

A Premium Programme for Executive & Entrepreneurial Leaders
The High-Performance Leader programme brings together experienced leaders from across sectors in a series of sessions designed to strengthen personal resilience, expand strategic horizons, and build enduring peer influence.

Grounded in Co.OfWomen’s globally unparalleled Operating System and shaped through the lens of powerful female leadership, the programme provides both rigour and relevance. Its defining distinction is continuity: a sustained rhythm of world-class learning, reflection, and exchange that supports leaders not just in moments of change, but throughout the ongoing demands of leadership. With the individual, their leadership mandate, and the flourishing of their organisation at its centre, the programme equips leaders to perform and sustain at the highest level.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE?

High-Performance is a state where the whole person is optimised for their role, and importantly, is able to maintain this buoyant state. It is called a state of energised tranquillity.

‘Energised tranquillity’ is the opposite of the frazzled and busy version of ourselves. Those who maintain this version as their key modus operandi (MO) are candidates for burnout which, many, if not most of us, have experienced but won’t have recognised it. When we maintain that state over time, not only are we at risk of a whole raft of health issues, but we are persistently in a state of lower performance in our role also.

‘Energised Tranquillity’ is possible as the default MO for us when we dedicate ourselves to optimal practices with our energy and time. It’s from this mode that we are best placed to lead, as we will experience consistent clearer thinking, focus, insight and vision.

A PEER PROGRAMME

The opportunity for quality connection with peer leaders to share relevant knowledge, connections and support is a key advantage of the programme.

Building a network of significance is a powerful asset for leaders and can be challenging to fit in around other business and life commitments.

In support of that each session features four opportunities for informal connection that ensure time to get around the group.

Each session also features a section dedicated to Peer Group discussion. This section facilitates broad group input around insights and learning from the programme. It provides the useful wider perspectives that can be invaluable for avoiding the inevitable myopia internal only thinking.
