    Our team of coaches are trained and experienced. Coaching is an epic resource to help develop thinking and to advance goals.  Membership includes this usually expensive expertise to ensure you get the best.

    A success journey will benefit from lots of mentor relationships where those with more experience, share that with us to expand our knowledge of the options and how best to progress. Your membership facilitator will work with you to identify the best match for you, every time you need it.

  • Peer Support through monthly zoom sessions
    Monthly sessions with others on the same journey where the focus is shared intelligence, resources, connections and the wonderful moral support from others who get it. The sessions also offer fantastic shortcuts as we come to understand the ways that others are taking on and facing the same challenges as us.

  • Monthly live Leadership training sessions 
    As leaders it's essential that we build buoyant confidence and resilience and continue to expand ourselves, our skills and capacities in order to serve our mission, organisation and teams. These monthly zoom sessions are led by  experts and present best practice thinking in lunch-time sessions designed to make your development time easier to make happen!

  • Facilitated introductions to broaden your support network
    In addition to the many ways you can connect with others, there will be times when you may not be sure who the best person to connect to will be. Your membership facilitator will help you to discover the right people for you and facilitate connections on your behalf.

  • An 0800 HelpDesk for expert support
    Our HelpDesk offers you a place to get support any time you need it. You can use the HelpDesk to soundboard your thinking, work through challenges or seek connections to be facilitated for you. You can access the HelpDesk during business hours by calling 0800 COW NOW (0800 269 669).

  • Tickets to both annual Conferences
    Conference is a time to step out of our day-to-day roles to do strategic reflective thinking, have our vision refreshed and be energised by a relevant community committed to each other’s success. Each Conference programme is developed around topics and themes that are informed by the deep work we do with our members. Themes include subjects such as mindset, resilience, habits, financial sustainability, leadership, strategic thinking and activating our power.

  • Tickets to our annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
    We launched the New Zealand Hall of Fame for Women Entrepreneurs Te Whare Whakahōnore i ngā Rakahinonga Wāhine o Aotearoa in 2012 to recognise and celebrate the diversity of success of Aotearoa's most successful entrepreneurs. The unique ceremony has developed other the years in collaboration with wāhine Māori within our community and is a huge highlight of the year. Nominations are welcomed for women within our outside of our community each year.

  • Promotion of your business to the network
    Our members love to champion and support each other and we love to promote the businesses of our members so they can do that. When you activate your membership, our marketing team will be in touch to get that process underway.  After you've been introduced to the community we encourage members to share their accolades and news so that we can share that with a community that will be uplifted by your success milestones.
