join us for an this power-up graduation & celebration of our most effective programme

For many of us the combined stretch of growing a business and other life priorities can mean quality thinking time is hard to get and we progress slower than what is ideal for us. (and who wants slow, right?!)

This event sees us celebrate with the women who found the time to prioritise this, to hear about what that delivered for them and from the mentors who supported tat and to celebrate as they graduate from the programme.

Co.OfWomen and EY have partnered to deliver powerUP, a programme for growth focused business owners. It provides quality time out, with relevant peers, experts and champions so we can reflect, learn, review & refocus. The goal - we build pace and momentum is achieved.

powerUP provides a relevant small group format where we'll meet together once each month over six months. Providing time away from the day to day demands, it creates a clear focus on our goals and plans, builds our commercial thinking and confidence, and expands our key networks.

Sessions feature experienced entrepreneurs who act as mentors and between sessions, powerUP includes a momentum programme that ensures we’re on track, confident AND progressing our goals and aspirations between sessions.

PowerUP is ideal for business owners with 3+ years in their business, have a team and are focused on next level growth.

meet the grads & mentors

This intro session gives us a hands-on opportunity to consider how powerUP can work to support our goals & priorities.

the grads

Sharing at the session will be two of its grads, Bird on a Wire founder Sophie Gilmour (above) and Jump Tramppoline Park founder, Sandra Mu. These members will share why they took on the programme, what they got and the difference it made to them.

the mentors

Programme mentors Sharon Hunter (experienced entrepreneur & investor) and Jo Doolan (one of the country's leading Advisors), who will share about the benefits they observe and why they've stayed with the programme since launch.

Following the intro session is our opportunity to meet informally with other business owners and share a beverage.
