The online tools at our disposal (although brilliant for connecting with customers and each other) are built on algorithms specifically designed to interrupt. These widely used tools tie us to disruption that's coming at an increasing cost.
Science has delivered many a cautionary testimony of detrimental effects of interruption on our performance, yet within our work and our lives, we experience the serious push and pull of the digital age from both ends.
So, whether you're ready to unplug or believe social technology is the future, Theresa will facilitate a stimulating discussion on what this all means for us. She'll be joined by three awesome members Emily Miller-Sharma of Ruby, Mimi Gilmour (Burger Burger) and Marnie Hillier (Ms Marnie to share their views – and we hope you’ll add yours in too.
