Camp is first and foremost about stepping away from the day to day grind to do reflective, strategic thinking, to have our vision refreshed, and to be energised by a relevant tribe committed to each others success.
Camp is about members across the spectrum coming together to add to each others success. So no matter what your focus or where you're up to with it, this is for you.
Our June camp is about rolling up our sleeves and considering the impact of scale on ourselves and our businesses. This is supported by the Growth Camp format that sees us convene around small group tables that will facilitate quality discussion and reflection.
Our 2018 Programme features sessions that focus on the essential elements of growth. A key goal in growth being to ensure the business thrives independently of the founder and its health sustained or the business sold to achieve the ultimate financial reward. The programme features business owners reflecting both.
Session one focuses on being prepared for a journey that will see constant change. Session two examines three scaled businesses and what it took to this point and Session three looks at the dark side of scale and the impact of that on one entrepreneur.
All sessions include interactive Q&As and small group discussions.

PROGRAMME
Session 1 = preparing ourselves for scale - led by Tara Lorigan
Co.OfWomen founder Tara Lorigan will lead a reflective session that explores the essential leadership focus that can deliver to the intention and aspirations of the founder in a faster, less painful journey.
Session 2 = exploring the dynamics of Scale led by Theresa Gattung
Co.OfWomen Board Chair, Theresa Gattung will lead a lively discussion with a panel that features owners of Bird on a Wire, Jump Trampoline Parks and Forme Spa & Wellbeing who share from their unique and diverse experiences as practical examples from the road less traveled.
Session 3 = the personal impact of scale led by Sophie Gilmour
Co.OfWomen member, Sophie Gilmour will lead a discussion with serial tech entrepreneur, founder of Flossie.Com, Jenene Crossan exploring what led her to a key recent breaking point moment, and what it means for the journey ahead and the conversation about success.
Session 4 = cocktail function
As always, Camp prioritises time to build and renew connections and importantly, in recognition of our collective successes, to toast these as we hover momentarily between past achievements and future expectations!
